Progettare, creare e presentare dessert, dolci e prodotti da forno di altissima qualità, in linea con gli standard JW Marriott.
Sviluppare menù dessert innovativi e stagionali per ristoranti, banchetti ed eventi speciali.
Supervisionare tutte le operazioni del laboratorio di pasticceria, garantendo ordine, igiene e rispetto delle norme HACCP.
Controllare costi, food cost e approvvigionamenti, assicurandosi dell'utilizzo di ingredienti di alta qualità.
Garantire un servizio eccellente in occasione di eventi, matrimoni e banchetti di lusso.Almeno3–5 anni di esperienzain pasticceria di alta gamma, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso.
Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di pasticceria moderna e tradizionale.
Programmi di formazione continua e possibilità di cross training in altri reparti per ampliare le competenze.
Alloggio per il personale, riservato a chi proviene da fuori Venezia.
