Our portfolio includes world-renowned developments such as Burj Azizi the world’s second tallest tower currently under development along with large-scale residential and modular clusters across Dubai South and Meydan. We are now expanding our Procurement Research Team, a key part of our centralized Procurement Division, to strengthen our sourcing intelligence, market benchmarking, and supplier research capabilities. Role Overview We are seeking fresh engineering graduates (0–2 years of experience) who are passionate about procurement analytics, material sourcing, and vendor research within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Selected candidates will be based in Dubai, working directly with our Procurement and Engineering teams to support projects across civil, MEP, modular, and factory operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct supplier research and market benchmarking for engineering materials and equipment. Support procurement engineers in evaluating vendor proposals and quotations. Collect and analyze data related to material prices, specifications, and lead times. Assist in building and maintaining supplier databases for multiple categories. Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for prequalification and vendor evaluation. Prepare regular procurement research reports and dashboards for management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering . 0–2 years of work experience (internships or academic projects in procurement preferred). Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools. Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE and work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. What We Offer Career growth under one of the UAE’s most dynamic construction organizations.
