Employment Details Seniority level: Not applicable Employment type: Full-time Job function: Tobacco Manufacturing Responsibilities Inform customers in partner retail outlets in accordance with the Area Manager's requirements, company guidelines and sector regulation. Maximise the effectiveness of informational messages in tobacco shops. Contribute to building the company customer database by recording consumer sales in the systems. Engage shopkeepers and provide training on the product portfolio. Implement visibility materials, permanent or temporary, to support business activities. Requirements and Experience Previous experience as hostess, promoter, sales associate or similar commercial role. Excellent communication and persuasive skills with a strong customer orientation and empathy. Residency in the designated area (Milano Ovest, Como, Varese, Lecco) to ensure effective territory coverage. Time‐management and stress‐management abilities with strong organisational and planning skills. Availability for frequent multi‐day trips within the assigned territory. Valid type B driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided).
