Avrà la responsabilità diretta sulla realizzazione e avvio operativo di nuovi siti produttivi e logistici (2-3 aperture previste nel breve-medio periodo). Il ruolo è di nuova creazione e prevede un elevato livello di autonomia decisionale e operativa. Sede di lavoro : Basilicata Posizione: La risorsa sarà inserita nella Holding e riporterà direttamente al CEO. Avrà l'obiettivo di avviare e strutturare nuovi hub produttivi e logistici, coordinando tutte le attività strategiche e operative. Responsabilità Progettazione layout e gestione dei cantieri Definizione dei processi e degli standard operativi Selezione, formazione e costruzione ex novo dei team di lavoro Gestione fornitori e rapporti con l'ingegneria e la supply chain Coordinamento con le funzioni centrali e supporto all'implementazione tecnologica Requisiti Laurea triennale con sperienza consolidata in ruoli di Operations / Plant / Logistics Manager Capacità nella costruzione di team da zero Visione specializzata in supply chain, layout impianti, gestione cantieri e fornitori Disponibilità a trasferte (circa il 60% del tempo lavorativo) Leadership, doti organizzative e visione strategica Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (auspicabile) Informazioni aggiuntive Si offre Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.
