Owns plant quality performance and the full customer claims process. The role requires strict adherence to all MillerKnoll procedures and standards related to Quality and Safety.**Key Responsibilities*** Maintain and improve the plant Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and MillerKnoll Quality Procedures and ISOs.* Define and control product/process specifications; Manage the full customer claims process, performing investigations, root cause analysis, and customer communication.* Support supplier qualification, audits, and material conformity processes.* Act as plant ASPP, ensuring compliance with Italian safety regulations (D.Experience in quality management within manufacturing (preferably metal furniture).* Knowledge of quality tools (8D or Step, FMEA, SPC, …).* Experience in HSE topics and familiarity with Italian safety regulations (D.Fluent English; proficient with Microsoft Office and quality systems.**JOB DESCRIPTION COMPATTA – ITALIANO****JOB TITLE:** Plant Quality Specialist – Knoll Italy **Riporta a:** Direttore Qualità **Riporto funzionale sicurezza:** È responsabile delle performance qualità di stabilimento e dell’intero processo reclami cliente. Supporta le attività HSE svolgendo operativamente il ruolo di ASPP e collaborando con l’RSPP. Il ruolo prevede il rispetto rigoroso delle procedure MillerKnoll in materia di Qualità e Sicurezza.**Responsabilità Principali*** Gestire e migliorare il Sistema di Gestione Qualità secondo ISO 9001 e Procedure MillerKnoll ed ISO in generale.* Definire e controllare specifiche di prodotto e processo; Gestire non conformità, azioni correttive/preventive e KPI qualità.* Gestire l’intero processo reclami cliente, inclusa investigazione, analisi cause e comunicazione verso cliente e corporate.* Supportare audit fornitori, qualifiche e conformità materiali.* Requisiti*** Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline tecniche affini.* Esperienza nella gestione qualità in ambiente produttivo (preferenza: metal furniture).* Conoscenza degli strumenti qualità (8D or 8Step, FMEA, SPC, ..).* Esperienza in tematiche HSE e conoscenza della normativa italiana sulla sicurezza (D.Disponibilità a ricoprire il ruolo di ASPP (qualifica ottenibile tramite formazione aziendale).* buona conoscenza dell’inglese.Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
