LEAD WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS – ARENA MILANO Riporta a: Contratto: Full Time / Data di inizio : metà Gennaio 2026
Missione del Ruolo: Per rafforzare la nostra struttura logistica e garantire un’eccellente efficienza dei flussi interni alla venue, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Lead Warehouse & Logistics con un ruolo sia gestionale sia operativo. La figura avrà una visione completa di tutte le dinamiche dei magazzini (centrale e specializzato per Food & Beverage), coordinando risorse interne di storekeeping e fornitori esterni.
Gestione strategica e operativa dei magazzini
Supervisione dei magazzini centrali e dei magazzini di dipartimento (F&B, Produzione, Facility/Maintenance).
Monitoraggio di giacenze, spazi, movimentazioni e riordini in coordinamento con Procurement.
Mantenimento e aggiornamento della mappatura completa dei magazzini.
Gestione di fornitori logistici, società di staff esterno e servizi correlati.
Verifica della qualità del lavoro, dei tempi di esecuzione e del rispetto degli standard.
Pianificazione e ottimizzazione dei flussi logistici
Pianificazione dei flussi di carico/scarico e movimentazione materiali in base al calendario eventi.
Lavoro costante con Food & Beverage, Production/Site Management, Facility/Maintenance, Procurement e altri stakeholder interni.
Controllo, procedure e sicurezza
Gestione e aggiornamento della reportistica logistica (movimentazioni, consumi, costi, KPI).
Garanzia del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, permessi, accessi e autorizzazioni per tutte le attività logistiche.
Laurea triennale o equivalente (preferibilmente in Logistica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o affini).
~4–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli logistici in contesti strutturati o complessi.
~ Buona conoscenza di strumenti logistici/gestionali (ERP, WMS) ed Excel avanzato.
~ Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese.
~ Preferenza per patente muletto/carrelli elevatori.
