Per il nostro Headquarter di Fidenza (PR), ricerchiamo un / una Retail Maintenance & Facility Specialist da inserire all'interno del dipartimento Construction & Facility . La risorsa supporterà e coordinerà le attività di manutenzione e gestione delle strutture per un portafoglio selezionato di negozi nell'area EMEA, contribuendo al corretto funzionamento e all'efficienza della rete Retail. Principali attività : Supportare le attività di manutenzione pianificata e straordinaria per i negozi assegnati, fungendo da punto di contatto tra lo staff dei negozi e i fornitori esterni; Monitorare e coordinare le richieste di manutenzione e la gestione delle emergenze legate ad apparecchiature critiche o problematiche edilizie, garantendo un completamento tempestivo ed efficace degli interventi; Coordinare i trasferimenti di arredi e attrezzature tra sede e negozi, in base alle esigenze operative; Monitorare il budget di manutenzione, elaborando report e tracciando l'andamento delle spese. Requisiti : Laurea in Architettura o Diploma di Perito Geometra Almeno due anni di esperienza in ambito Retail o in ruoli affini Ottima conoscenza di ArchiCAD e Photoshop Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (orale e scritta); la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (francese o spagnolo) sarà considerata un plus Proattività, capacità di problem solving e ottime doti organizzative Disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale e internazionale secondo necessità J-18808-Ljbffr
