We are currently looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to support our Senior Executive Assistant . The selected candidate will play an active role in managing the daily agenda and activities of one of the members of the Executive Committee , helping ensure efficient organization and smooth operations.
Managing the schedule and priorities of a Senior Leader
Organize and maintain calendars: plan internal and external meetings, calls, and events
Assist the Senior Executive Assistant coordinating national and international travel arrangements, including logistics, bookings, and documentation
Support the preparation of documents and meeting materials, always maintaining the highest level of discretion
Help manage day-to-day organizational needs and contribute to the efficiency of internal operations
Who We're Looking For A recent graduate eager to begin their career in a corporate and luxury environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and handle confidential information with integrity Genuine interest in the luxury and beauty industries, and motivation to grow within a structured and evolving company with a start-up mindset.
