About:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes.
• Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities.
• Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude.
• Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion environment.
• Able to identify business trends, hands on approach and proactive attitude.
• Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character and a great team player.
• Russian and English language required.

OFFERING:

• Basic Salary up to €25K.
• Fixed term contract 1 year.
