Apply now for the position of Marketing Professional and Operations Assistant and you will join the Point Of Care (POC) marketing team to support and drive key marketing activities. Executive Assistance: provide comprehensive support to the Country Business Manager in daily activities concerning clients, the team, and general organization, including constant monitoring of appointments and project timelines. Event Coordination: assist in the organization and facilitation of company and team events/calls, coordinating logistics from both a local and international perspective. Documentation & Reporting: prepare and finalize critical documents such as reports, meeting materials, and memos. External Communications: provide support for media relations and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives. Product Marketing Strategy: support the definition of product marketing approaches, encompassing the "4 Ps" (Product/Solution/Service, Price, Placement, Promotion). Discretion and Social Intelligence: demonstrates a high level of discretion and strong social intelligence in all interactions. · Organizational Prowess: possesses excellent organizational and planning capabilities. · Technical Proficiency: high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). · Professional Networking: knowledge of and ability to effectively utilize social media for professional purposes (e.g., LinkedIn). · Language Fluency: fluent in English, both written and spoken.
