Per un importante progetto, siamo alla ricerca di un Mechanical Project Designer per entrare a far parte del nostro team.
Progettare in 2D e 3D rispettando i requisiti del cliente, i target di tempi e costi, gli standard di qualità e affidabilità, ottimizzando la progettazione per la produzione di nuovi macchinari.
Preparare layout per illustrare al Cliente l'installazione dell'attrezzatura nello stabilimento, gestendo eventuali interferenze con macchinari esistenti o vincoli strutturali.
Sviluppare tutti gli aspetti meccanici dei progetti, predisponendo e/o verificando ingegneria di base e dettagliata, interna ed esterna, in base al livello di responsabilità.
Stimare i pesi delle strutture/macchinari durante le fasi di proposta e ingegneria di base, per ottimizzare il progetto e predisporre distinte base dei materiali.
Elaborare l'ingegneria di base e dettagliata a partire dai dati ricevuti da Project Engineer, Responsabile Meccanico, Process Engineer, R&D o reparto Proposte.
Gestire studi di ingegneria esterni garantendo qualità, rispetto dei tempi e avanzamento del programma.
Progettare attrezzature in conformità alle normative vigenti, definendo le specifiche tecniche di progetto insieme al Project Engineer e in linea con gli obiettivi contrattuali.
Convertire disegni 2D in modelli 3D e generare disegni da modelli 3D, verificandone le analisi (es. Redigere specifiche di ambito di lavoro (scope of work) per definire inclusioni, esclusioni e requisiti tecnici di ciascun pacchetto o componente.
Diploma tecnico in Ingegneria Meccanica con almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore.
Ottima conoscenza dei software Autodesk, in particolare AutoCAD e Inventor; Esperienza nell'uso di Autodesk Vault per la gestione dei modelli 3D.
Conoscenza dei principali processi di trasformazione dei materiali semilavorati (fresatura CNC, piegatura lamiera, taglio laser, saldatura, ecc.).
Competenza nell'utilizzo di software CAD e FEM come Ansys, Nastran, Recap, Inventor, AutoCAD e Navisworks.
Esperienza nella progettazione 2D/3D e nei metodi di calcolo tecnico.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza del tedesco rappresenta un plus.
