TENDERS – PORTALS INTERNSHIP For our Business Development Department, we are looking for a Tenders – Portals Intern to join the Contracts & Tenders team. The successful candidate will support tender and procurement management activities, with a specific focus on tender portals, procurement platforms and documentation workflows , contributing to the effectiveness of the Business Development function. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international tender and contract management within a structured and highly international academic environment. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACTIVITIES Manage national and international tender and procurement portals, including uploading documentation, monitoring deadlines and ensuring accuracy of submissions Support the preparation and organization of documentation for bids, tenders and institutional procedures Maintain structured internal trackers, records and databases related to opportunities and submissions Support the Contracts & Tenders team in contract-related administrative activities With reference to administrative competencies, the candidate may also be required to be involved in the preparation of administrative and financial reporting for projects funded by national and/or international institutions Assist in compliance checks regarding internal procedures, risk management, intellectual property and GDPR-related aspects Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow across the Business Development area REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree Strong interest in tender, procurement and administrative processes Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) Methodical, precise and highly organized approach to work Excellent written and spoken Italian and English Proven international experience of at least 6 months (study or work abroad) Proactive mindset, reliability, sense of belonging, operational effectiveness and team spirit WE OFFER Full-time 6-month internship Monthly gross allowance of €1,000 Company laptop Access to SDA Bocconi training platforms Meal vouchers Hybrid working model: first month fully in-person, followed by 3 days in office + 2 days remote PLACE OF WORK SDA Bocconi – Via Sarfatti 10, 20136 Milan SELECTION PROCESS Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in an interview as part of the selection process.
