La risorsa, inserita all’interno della funzione Engineering & Facilities, fornirà supporto ai servizi Hard nella gestione di tutte le installazioni impiantistiche del sito, con particolare riferimento alle attività di ingegneria meccanica. La figura contribuirà all’identificazione e all’implementazione delle migliori pratiche e di soluzioni tecniche innovative, supportando progetti di manutenzione, ristrutturazione e nuovi investimenti, oltre a proporre iniziative e idee progettuali orientate al miglioramento continuo.
Revisione, gestione e controllo delle attività di ingegneria impiantistica, garantendo il completamento efficace dei progetti di manutenzione e ristrutturazione.
Definizione, programmazione, supervisione, controllo qualità e commissioning delle attività di manutenzione preventiva eseguite dai partner esterni.
Valutazione e implementazione di nuovi progetti finalizzati al miglioramento della sostenibilità e dell’efficienza delle infrastrutture del sito.
Supporto ad hoc nella gestione e nel controllo di interventi di manutenzione infrastrutturale, ristrutturazioni e altri progetti o investimenti assegnati dal Responsabile del Servizio.
Creazione e mantenimento di relazioni di lavoro efficaci con consulenti, appaltatori e personale interno a tutti i livelli, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard qualitativi.
Contributo alla creazione di un ambiente di lavoro sicuro, confortevole e rispettoso dell’ambiente.
Esperienza nella gestione di impianti e infrastrutture in contesti industriali o complessi.
Conoscenza delle attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva e dei processi di commissioning.
Attitudine all’innovazione e al miglioramento continuo, con sensibilità ai temi di sostenibilità ed efficienza energetica.
Esperienza in ambienti critici (ospedali, data center, aeroporti, ecc.).
Formazione continua per l'aggiornamento su nuove tecnologie e normative.
