Como Quality Engineer for App Mobile trabajarás junto a profesionales de primer nivel en el desarrollo de proyectos para importantes empresas en la región, los que desafiarán y potenciarán tus habilidades. Llevarás a cabo soluciones para diferentes tipologías de proyectos digitales, dependiendo del requerimiento de nuestros clientes. Serás parte de un equipo que trabajará, de manera flexible, en transformación digital con habilidades de clase mundial, estando en la punta del conocimiento de la experiencia de usuario.

Tendrás que Interpretar, desarrollar y cumplir con los estándares que garanticen la calidad de nuestros desarrollos digitales:

  • Mantener cuidadosamente el procesamiento de incidencias y no conformidades a través de registros y sistemas de seguimiento, incluida la causa raíz y las acciones correctivas.
  • Documentar las actividades de aseguramiento de la calidad con informes y auditorías internas.
  • Desarrollar nuevos estándares para la producción y el diseño, con las mejoras necesarias, y crear protocolos de prueba para su implementación en todas las líneas de servicio.
  • Identificar las necesidades de formación y tomar medidas para garantizar el cumplimiento en toda la empresa.
  • Seguir la educación continua sobre nuevas soluciones, tecnología y habilidades.
  • Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar la inspección y prueba del producto entrante y saliente para confirmar la conformidad de la calidad con las especificaciones y los entregables de calidad.
  • Ayudar a las operaciones y a la función de calidad local en el seguimiento, la documentación y los informes de los niveles de calidad, así como los objetivos / KPIs, ambientes, estabilidad y seguridad.
  • Analizar e investigar las quejas de productos o los problemas de calidad informados para garantizar el cierre de acuerdo con las pautas de la empresa y los requisitos reglamentarios externos.
  • Desarrollar o actualizar los procedimientos de inspección e incidencias de los productos digitales para garantizar la captura e investigación, así como la documentación adecuada de las incidencias.
  • Supervisar los procedimientos de gestión de riesgos y mantener y analizar los registros de problemas para identificar e informar problemas recurrentes a la dirección y al desarrollo de productos.
  • Brindar capacitación y apoyo al equipo de aseguramiento de la calidad sobre sistemas, políticas, procedimientos y procesos centrales.
  • Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo Mobile.
  • Experiencia con manejo de repositorios (GITHUB).
  • Manejo básico de control de versiones y ramas.
  • Manejo básico de bases de datos (MySQL , MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Deseable conocimientos de Back end (PHP, Java, .net).
  • Deseable conocimiento de programas de diseño (Adobe XD, Figma).
  • Iniciativa propia.
  • Estructuración y adaptación de nuevas tecnologías y procesos, análisis de datos y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Comunicación efectiva y pragmatismo.
