Drive the deployment of new business models and strategic transformations, integrating digitalization and sustainability into core operational frameworks. Lead and implement strategic consultancy and cost‐efficiency initiatives across engineering, procurement, production, logistics, supply chain, and quality—driving performance, digitization, and sustainable operations within all market segments. Optimize Operations processes and structures to enhance efficiency, resilience, and long‐term impact, while promoting sustainable practices. Shape modern factory blueprints, applying cutting‐edge production methodologies and streamlined, environmentally conscious planning and control systems. Whom are we looking for? You have a Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics, gained with excellent results from a top University / Business School. Over 5 years of hands‐on experience within an influential industrial powerhouse or a recognized strategy consultancy. You have strong expertise in Operations and a proven ability to drive strategic transformation in line with Operational Excellence and Industry 5.0 principles. You's passionate about emerging technologies and sustainable innovation, always eager to explore what's next. You combine analytical strength with strategic vision, delivering impactful, lasting results that matter. You're highly client‐focused, with a clear drive to turn complex challenges into meaningful outcomes. You take a professional, detail‐oriented approach, ensuring excellence from strategy through execution. You thrive in collaborative, communicative, and empathetic teams, knowing that real innovation is a team effort. You're fluent in Italian and English (other European languages will be considered as a plus – German) – enabling you to connect and collaborate globally. You're ready and willing to travel nationally and internationally, bringing fresh perspectives and insights wherever they're needed.
