The client is a growing Italian company specializing in highly technical industrial filtration solutions. It offers a stimulating and collaborative work environment, where young engineers can grow professionally and build a solid, long-term career within the company.
The selection process includes a light assessment directly on site , featuring a practical project and a role play. You will be an integral part of the Quality team and will work closely with the Quality Manager, actively contributing to the following activities:
Supporting daily quality management and compliance activities.
Supporting the continuous improvement of company processes, ensuring documentation is updated and traceable in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system.
Supporting the maintenance of compliance with European and international regulations (e.g. Participating in the management of Non-Conformities, collaborating in the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, from registration through to closure.
Basic knowledge of industrial processes and main quality tools (FMEA, 5 Why, 8D).
Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Native Italian speaker with a good knowledge of English.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
The position offers direct employment with the company under an apprenticeship contract .
