Azienda italiana con diffusione internazionale e consolidata esperienza nel settore Design d'Arredamento, ricerca un Rappresentante Commerciale per l' Area del Triveneto da inserire nel nostro Sales Team, a diretto riporto del Direttore Vendite Italia. Il candidato si occuperà dello sviluppo del business nel Triveneto, promuovendo la collezione e i progetti presso negozi di mobili e di tessuti, studi di architettura e Interior Designer, gallerie di mobili, hotel e sviluppando un network di professionisti del settore. Seguirà i progetti per garantirne l'esecuzione e le specifiche, guidando e consigliando con approccio consulenziale gli interlocutori/buyers (rivenditori, negozi di mobili, tappezzieri, produttori di tende), mantenendo un allineamento costante con il Responsabile Vendite. Lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team di vendita su progetti ed eventi locali / formazione / presentazioni. Attività Nello specifico le principali mansioni lavorative saranno: Esplorare nuove opportunità di business, e consolidare gli esistenti nei diversi canali: Residenziale, Hospitality e Yachting con lo scopo di espandere il business attuale Promuovere la collezione presso studi di architettura e studi di interior designer Attività di progettazione e allestimento di corsi di formazione, presentazioni ed eventi, prevalentemente presso studi di ID/architetti Follow up dei progetti, ambendo alla soddisfazione dei consumatori finali Utilizzo di tutti gli strumenti digitali aziendali per il monitoraggio costante delle attività e CRM Requisiti 2/3 anni di esperienza pregressa nelle vendite e/o sviluppo del business Esperienza pregressa nel settore interior design/arredamento Esperienza pregressa nel lusso costituirà requisito preferenziale Entusiasmo, motivazione e orientamento al risultato Ottime capacità di costruzione di relazioni efficaci Buone capacità organizzative e di problem solving Inglese fluente
