We are passionate about creating a safe and positive environment for our users, and we need empathetic and skilled individuals to help us achieve this mission.Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy.Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.Enforce the company's Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).RequirementsEU nationality or Greek residence permit.High school diploma.Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.5 working days of training.Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonusIf you are passionate about helping others and creating a positive online community, we would love to hear from you.
