HSE Officer - Venezia reports to the H&S Domestic Onshore Projects Manager and is part of the HSE Function within the HSE E&C ON SHORE PROJECTS Department. Responsibilities Implementation and monitoring of the HSE system. Support the application of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at the site. Verify the adequacy of the Site HSE Plan, update documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Perform risk assessment and operational controls, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA). Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures. Plan and coordinate HSE training, awareness, and communication programs. Organize HSE meetings and awareness programmes to promote HSE culture. Participate in inspections, audits, and HSE walk‐arounds. Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Prepare periodic HSE reports and update site statistics. Monitor performance against objectives and propose recovery/improvement plans. Qualifications Education: Technical degree or high school diploma. Experience: 2–5 years in structured industrial companies. Languages: English (B1–B2). Technical skills: Knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment and hazard management expertise, audit, inspection, and HSE reporting capabilities, HSE training and communication skills, emergency management and incident response.
