Your Role

The Road Logistics Sales Representative works within the Road Logistics Function. The road logistics in Kuehne+Nagel is a fundamental asset and provides road shipping and road forwarding solutions to achieve customer performance goals. You will partner with clients belonging to a wide spectrum of industries (Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech) and offer a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for you if you have a hunting spirit and are eager to go above and beyond for fair rewards and professional achievement. Some of your responsibilities would include:

  • Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers in alignment with sales development managers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering company solutions, and the most suitable services with a focus on road logistics products.
  • Promote the achievement of agreed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collect customer feedback, fostering service improvement, and providing support in case of needs.
  • Manage data and information; contribute to Customer Engagement Strategy implementation ensuring high levels of service quality.
  • Own accountability for customer retention according to set KPIs.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Creative and genuine about selling the best products and services to our customers.
  • Highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Fluent in Italian is a must, with good English communication skills a strong advantage.
  • Degree from university in business-related fields.
  • Experience in sales business.
