We are looking for an experienced AI & Copilot Studio Developer to design and implement intelligent agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Generative AI technologies.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Build automated workflows and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external systems.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions, knowledge assistants, and RAG-based applications.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solution quality, security, governance, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • 2+ years of experience in process automation or business process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI, or chatbot development.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise system integrations.
  • Understanding of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Azure AI certifications.
  • Experience delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions. xrdztoy
