Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.Serenity permeates the hotel's exclusive environment, enhanced by the hotel's heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay.The hotel's proximity to St. Mark's Square, its exceptional culinary offerings featuring a rich variety of Italian cuisine, and its unique combination of event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.Role DescriptionAs Night Auditor , you will be responsible for ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations while maintaining the highest level of guest service and accuracy in financial reporting. You will oversee nightly front office activities, manage guest interactions, perform daily reconciliation of accounts, and serve as a key point of contact during nighttime hours.Managing and supervising all overnight front office operations
Providing courteous and efficient assistance to guests throughout the night
Monitoring property systems, alarms, and emergency protocols
Addressing guest feedback, special requests, and nighttime incidents
Coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance for urgent nighttime needs What We're Looking For
Previous experience as Night Auditor, Night Receptionist, or Front Office role in luxury hospitality
Strong understanding of front office operations and hotel accounting procedures
Ability to work independently and remain calm during night emergencies or peak moments
Proficiency with PMS and hotel management systems
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
