Responsibilities Provide technical support to sales, design, and project teams on lighting products, specifications, and applications. Prepare and review technical submittals, datasheets, shop drawings, and compliance documents. Assist in selecting suitable lighting fixtures, drivers, and control systems for projects. Respond to client, consultant, and contractor technical inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project teams for approvals, product information, and technical clarifications. Support installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and value engineering of lighting systems. Conduct product testing and evaluate samples to ensure quality, performance, and project compatibility. Review, revise, and validate test reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements. Maintain technical documentation, stay updated on lighting technologies, and ensure compliance with standards. Prepare technical reports and provide internal and external reporting while maintaining proper documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in lighting technical support or a similar role. Knowledge of lighting products, drivers, control systems, and electrical standards. Experience with Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software. Skilled in technical submittals, datasheets, shop drawings, and test reports. Experience in product testing, sample evaluation, and report revision. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks. Ability to speak Italian is an advantage. Working Schedule in Italian time: Monday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 1:00pm-6:00pm Saturday - Off Sunday - Off Total Working Hours 40 hours
