The role manages the end-to-end Amazon relationship, including commercial negotiations, joint business planning, media investments, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales, margin, and brand objectives.

Key Skills

& ExperienceExperience as a Key Account on the brand side or Amazon side, including equivalent roles such as Amazon Vendor Manager or Brand Specialist, within the Amazon 1 P (Vendor Central) business model. Strong commercial negotiation skills, including deal negotiation for key promotional events (e.g., Active participation in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Amazon AVN (Annual Vendor Negotiation).

Experience

managing media agencies for Amazon media investments.

Key Responsibilities

/ Day-to-Day ActivitiesFormulate the annual Amazon business plan, implement agreed strategies, and monitor sales performance and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Manage the Amazon account on a day-to-day basis, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure all budgeted targets and performance metrics are met or exceeded. Plan and invest Amazon media budgets (Amazon Search Paid and DSP) to maximize key KPIs, including ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and NTB% (New-to-Brand customer acquisition). Develop and execute strategic initiatives such as promotions, Direct Import Programs, and other commercial levers, translating them into clear action plans.

Manage all account financials with full accountability, including SOA, promotional funding, margins, co-op rebates, and trade terms. Leverage data, information systems, and metrics related to financial performance, brand health, and shopper behavior to maximize market share, sales, and profitability. Collaborate closely with Sales and e Commerce team members on other e Tailer accounts as required. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
