Job Description Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Client Advisor pour un stage au sein de notre Department Store de Nice. En tant qu'Ambassadeur de notre Marque, votre mission sera d'apporter au client une expérience et un service unique dont il se souviendra. Votre mission sera de saisir toutes les opportunités afin d’accroître le chiffre d’affaire en harmonie avec la philosophie luxe de Bottega Veneta. Votre contribution Participer à la réalisation des objectifs de vente définis par la Maison ; Utiliser des techniques de vente efficaces afin de participer au développement du chiffre d’affaires de la boutique ; Collaborer efficacement avec l’équipe en partageant les bonnes pratiques ; Participer à la collecte et la mise à jour des informations sur le fichier clients, en utilisant le CRM et le Client Book ; Participer à la collecte et la mise à jour des informations sur le fichier clients, en utilisant le CRM et le Client Book ; Respecter les valeurs de la Maison et ses pratiques internes ; Participer au rangement des stocks ; Participer à la fidélisation de la clientèle ; Proposer un service d’excellence aux clients en lien avec les standards de la Maison. Qui êtes-vous Etudiant(e) niveau Bac +3 minimum ; Français et Anglais courant indispensables, la maîtrise d’une autre langue serait un plus ; Volonté de s’investir dans un projet innovant et dynamique au sein d’une Maison exigeante ; Très bon relationnel et grande capacité d’écoute ; Esprit d’équipe ; Polyvalence, flexibilité.
