La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection , specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili middle e top management, ricerca per primaria azienda operante nel settore Difesa una figura di: Head Of Technical Engineering Services La risorsa, riportando al Responsabile delle Operazioni, è responsabile di garantire i servizi di supporto tecnico e ingegneristico alla flotta Kuwait Air Force (KAF) Typhoon. Responsabilità principali : ● Garantire che la flotta sia gestita in conformità alle procedure di controllo E REGISTRAZIONE della configurazione dell'aeromobile. Assicurare che i sistemi INFORMATIVI siano costantemente aggiornati e gestiti nel rispetto delle policy e delle normative IT e di sicurezza. Interfacciarsi con i dipartimenti Flight Line, Manutenzione e Material Management per fornire il supporto necessario alle attività operative della flotta. Supportare le attività di manutenzione degli aeromobili in coordinamento con la Linea di Volo e la Manutenzione in Hangar ed assicurarsi che si seguano lo procedure secondo LE NORMATIVE E PUBBLICAZIONI TECNICHE APPLICABILI. Supportare la pianificazione dei materiali E LO SCALAMENTO MANUTENTIVO DEI VELIVOLI per garantire il costante raggiungimento degli obiettivi di disponibilità della flotta. Assicurare l'applicazione dei processi e delle procedure per la gestione delle Direttive Tecniche. Interfacciarsi con le funzioni di Ingegneria Logistica e garantire che il sistema di raccolta dati sia costantemente aggiornato e fornisca i report necessari per le relative analisi. Supportare il dipartimento QA nell'implementazione dei processi di aeronavigabilità. Requisiti : Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione della manutenzione aeronautica, dei relativi equipaggiamenti e GSE. Approfondita conoscenza dei moderni sistemi velivolo. Consolidata esperienza nella gestione DI ATTIVITA' DI MRO E DI CONTROLLO della configurazione. Conoscenza della documentazione velivolo e della gestione del libretto di bordo (logbook). Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a scenari operativi in continuo cambiamento.. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.. Una pregressa sperienza nel settore difesa sarà ritenuto un plus, ma si valutano anche profili che abbiano lavorato per compagnie aeree civili. Location : Stato del Kuwait Cosa si offre: Avvio contratto 6/12 mesi su base Italiana per successiva attivazione contratto a tempo determinato per tutta la durata del progetto Kuwait (durata prospettata: 4 anni ) Contributo per relocation, auto aziendale con utilizzo di autista privato, pacchetto assicurativo per l'intero nucleo familiare, pacchetto di voli A/R per l'Italia, 30 giorni di ferie/anno, indennità pasto.
