Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for a brilliant and passionate Customer Accounting Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).For this opportunity we are offering a fixed-term contract.Your ImpactCoordinate and allocate Italian and international collections to the appropriate customer accounts.Effectively manage the active schedule for issuing reminder letters in a timely manner.Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.Accurately record accruals, deferrals, and issue invoices/credit notes as required.Oversee and manage foreign exchange differences.Reconcile payments received via credit cards and FinTech services.Submit and reconcile items subject to collection processes.Process, allocate, and reconcile direct debit transactions.Maintain accurate accounting records for promotional items and free gifts.Manage debt collection activities and handle litigation matters.Perform cash reconciliations (e.g., for stores and other channels).Provide accurate monthly data for management reporting purposes.About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Economics2-4 years of previous experience in an Accounting Department OfficeExperience in financial solutions managementKnowledge of ERP systemsExcellent time and project management skillsFluency in Italian and EnglishTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
