Production Supervisor

On behalf of a well-structured multinational operating in the manufacturing of high-reliability components for industrial applications, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a production department and ensure performance, quality, and safety within a process-driven environment.
Ensure the successful execution of the production plan by coordinating people, priorities, and workflow, with a strong focus on productivity, scrap reduction, quality compliance, and HSE standards .
Lead day-to-day shopfloor operations: priorities, deadlines, task allocation, and workforce organization .
Monitor production progress, efficiency, and quality , acting quickly on bottlenecks and critical issues.
Partner with internal functions (planning, quality, engineering/industrialization, supply chain/maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.
Support team performance through hands-on coaching , onboarding/training of new hires, and reinforcement of standards.
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor / Team Leader / Shift Supervisor / Department Supervisor in a structured manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with technical documentation and quality-driven processes.
English (written and spoken) B2 level or higher .
Experience in high-reliability / regulated manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with ERP/MES or production tracking tools.
