Generative Bionics is a deep-tech company building humanoid robot platforms to deploy human-centered Physical AI. We design intelligent, capable machines that work alongside people in real-world environments — developed in Genova, Italy. We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on the company’s most strategic priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, fundraising, and execution, providing direct exposure to company-building decisions during a critical phase of growth. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with exceptional execution skills and is comfortable leveraging modern AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow. You will support strategic initiatives, evaluate new business opportunities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help maximize the effectiveness of the CEO and leadership team. Collaborate closely with the CEO to prepare board presentations, investor updates, fundraising materials, and other strategic communications; Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments using both traditional methodologies and AI-powered research tools; Support strategic planning, business development, and corporate growth initiatives; Drive alignmentand coordination across Hardware, AI/Software, and Commercial teams to ensure effective execution of company priorities; Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship and coordination; Leverage AI tools and technologies to accelerate research, analysis, communication, and decision-making processes; Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and manage key stakeholders; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; ~3-5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, or similarly rigorous analytical environments; ~ Demonstrated proficiency in using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent platforms as part of daily professional workflows; ~ Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials for boards, investors, or senior leadership teams; ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ~ Genuine passionfor deep-tech, robotics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies; ~ Availability towork full-time on-site in Genoa, Italy; ~ Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or technology-driven companies; Exposure to fundraising activities, investor relations, or corporate development initiatives; Experience supporting C-level executives in strategic or operational roles; Knowledge of robotics, Physical AI, autonomous systems, or advanced manufacturing technologies; Italian language proficiency; The opportunity to work directly with the CEO and leadership team on company-defining initiatives; A front-row seat in building one of Europe's most ambitious humanoid robotics and Physical AI companies; Employment contract under the Italian Metalworking Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico), commensurate with experience; Concrete opportunities for professional and career growth as the company scales; We evaluate all qualified applicants solely on the basis of merit and business needs, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, race, color, ethnic or social origin, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other characteristic protected
