Impes Service SpA è alla ricerca di un Construction Manager, il candidato supervisionerà il sito per la realizzazione di impianti elettrostrumentali in uno stabilimento industriale
 
Gestione del progetto:
 
Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare le attività di costruzione degli impianti elettrostrumentali.
Garantire il rispetto di tempi e budget, seguendo le specifiche tecniche.
Supervisione cantiere:◦Gestire contrattisti, fornitori e team operativi sul campo.
Assicurarsi che la qualità dei lavori e la sicurezza siano rispettate.

Gestione, sicurezza e qualità:
Applicare e monitorare le politiche di sicurezza sul cantiere.
Relazioni con il cliente e reporting:  
Negoziare con fornitori e subappaltatori per ottimizzare risorse e materiali.

Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti di costruzione nel settore Oil & Gas, con focus su impianti elettrostrumentali.
Competenze tecniche : Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi elettrici, strumentali e di automazione. Esperienza con software di gestione progetti (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Competenze gestionali : Eccellenti capacità di leadership, gestione del team e problem-solving.
Lingue : Conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
