Consultant - French Speaking

Role: SAP SD OTC Consultant Role Type: Contract Work Mode: Remote(Need basis travel is required in Italy ) Languages: Italian & English Experienced SAP S/4HANA O2C Consultant to join AMS Support team in Italy. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, change request implementation, and continuous process improvements for the Order-to-Cash business processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. AMS Support Activities Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash processes. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. Support business users during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities. Customer Master Data Sales Order Processing Billing and Invoicing Credit Management Support integration with MM, FI & WM systems. Configure and maintain SAP SD/O2C functionalities in S/4HANA. Gather and analyze business requirements. Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Coordinate transport management and production deployments. Support SAP release upgrades and system enhancements. Collaborate with local and global business teams. Conduct user training sessions and prepare support documentation. Participate in governance meetings and provide status reports. 10+ years of SAP SD/O2C consulting experience. ~ Minimum 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience. ~ Sales Order Management ~ Billing & Invoicing ~ Credit Management ~ Customer Master Data ~ Experience in AMS/Support projects. ~ Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. ~ Experience with SAP Fiori applications. Understanding of IDocs, EDI, interfaces, and APIs. Exposure to SAP GTS. SAP S/4HANA certification is desirable.
