The Field Market Access Senior Manager Italy will be responsible for ensuring and optimizing regional access to Be One Medicines' therapeutic areas, pipeline and portfolio priorities, by building institutional relationships and engaging with regional payers, payer organizations and relevant healthcare-system stakeholders. This individual is a field-based employee with extensive market access experience who is responsible of the development of projects, budgetary control and to present value evidence tools to payers and those with budgetary responsibility at regional level. The Field Market Access Manager/Senior Manager ́s Italy activity is designed to shape a favorable environment for our products and services through effective and targeted communication with payers at a Regional and Local level as dictated by the local country business. Residence Puglia Essential Functions Of The Job Define and implement Market Access strategies to support access to Be One Medicines' therapeutic areas, pipeline and portfolio at Regional and Hospital level, by demonstrating their clinical, economic, organizational and societal value within the regional healthcare environment. Manage and maintain institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations, relevant decision-makers, evaluators, influencers/advisers and hospital stakeholders, including management, general directions and pharmacy, who have an impact on regional and hospital pharmaceutical policy, therapeutic area planning, care pathways, and the evaluation and positioning of Be One Medicines' portfolio. Act as an institutional interlocutor able to represent the company's therapeutic areas and portfolio priorities in a compliant, evidence-based and system-oriented manner. Support the regional and hospital introduction of Be One Medicines' therapeutic areas, pipeline and portfolio priorities, ensuring alignment with local access pathways, care models and institutional requirements. Lead the negotiations carried out at the central services and hospital level, both for tenders, as well as negotiated procedures and offers, with purchasing centers and regional framework agreements. Provide guidance for the development and customization of pharmaco-economic data, cost effectiveness/budget impact models in line with the specific needs and requirements of sub-national stakeholders. Establish and maintain institutional relationships with key stakeholders such as Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, Scientific Institutions, Procurement bodies, Payers and C‐Suite stakeholders, with a focus on therapeutic‐area planning, patient pathways, access sustainability and evidence‐based decision‐making. Communicates relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and Patient Access activities of new competitors to the cross‐functional team. Within the Access Department, the role will report directly to the Associate Director Field Market Access and Tender Operations Lead. Bachelor of Science, master's in science or business. 5 or more years in a position in the pharmaceutical industry with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and local organizations In-depth knowledge of the national and regional health system. Demonstrated success in drug launching in the regional and hospital market. Demonstrated experience negotiating drugs pricing and reimbursement conditions with public administrations and health authorities at Regional and Hospital level.
