We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern (curricular internship) as part of our Human Resources team based in Milan. How you will contribute Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications; Monitor learning campaigns and training completion; Promote learning offers through internal communication on internal social media; Support with administrative tasks with external suppliers (i.e. contracts, invoices), updating department budget and costs; Track and analyze learning data, record training courses data on Excel and company tools. Contribute to the annual Performance and Development review process in creating learning content to facilitate the deployment of the Performance and Development review process Follow-up on Performance and Development review process in partnership with HR Business Partners and monitoring completion data. Who you are Collaborative, passionate and curious Bachelor’s degree Able to activate a curricular internship Proficient with digital tools and Microsoft Office tools (strong command of Excel and Power Point) Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, Italian will be considered as a plus Why work with us?
