Marketing intern

We're FBK, the global leading Tender Management software company. We help Life Sciences & Healthcare company to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender – and for that, we need to join us as a Marketing Intern. The team: You'll join our Marketing & Product Experience team reporting directly to the Lead. You'll have the opportunity to work end-to-end on design-led campaigns, content, lead generation, and brand moments that raise FBK's visibility. You'll partner daily with Sales, Product, and Design, moving fast from concept to shipped assets with short feedback loops. If you care about what works and looks good, you'll feel at home here. The work you'll do: Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that inspire, engage, and connect with our audience Contribute to social media management, monitor engagement, and help us spark meaningful conversations Collaborate on the organization and promotion of webinars, events, and conferences Help design and produce visuals and video that make complex ideas simple and beautiful Support in analyzing marketing performance metrics and preparing reports and dashboards to optimize our strategies Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors, and opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across all touchpoint The qualifications you need: Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Design or a related field Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher) Academic or project experience in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies Hands-on experience with content editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Canva Familiarity with Gen AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Claude) and an interest in leveraging AI to amplify creativity Work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships Creative, a high energy self-starter and comfortable running initiatives and projects independently Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentisbetter Ability to work as a team to drive additional value and expertise #dreamteam [Nice to have] Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Hub Spot)[Bonus] Hands-on with vibe coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt.new, v0 by Vercel) to turn prompts into working prototypes fast What FBK can offer you: The opportunity to work in a unique and fast-growing field: Tender Management A growing team from diverse backgrounds to learn from and work with Investment in your personal growth and skill development (career paths, L& D courses, mentorships, and more) Internship with compensation A unique combination of innovative atmosphere paired with great professionalism and self-responsible work A clear set of company values that guides everything we do: Play Like a Team, Wear the Customer's Shoes, Kindness Always and Think Forward About us: At FBK, we have built a leading product that has defined the new standard of Tender Management Systems (TMS) , but we don't want to stop there.
