In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on‑site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our HPLC and GC systems.
Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities
Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently
Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures
Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately
Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service
This role combines remote work with regular travel to one of Agilent largest clients in Termoli, while also supporting further customers within the surrounding area or out of region. A company car will be provided for your convenience.
Practical experience with HPLC and / or GC , gained either through technical support or as an end user of these systems.
Full proficiency in Italian and good level of English (especially reading & understanding).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
