E-commerce Specialist | Milan (Italy) | 3-5 years About HEAVENSAKE HEAVENSAKE is a pioneering Franco-Japanese brand reimagining the world of sake. Crafted in Japan by award-winning Toji masters and blended by French cellar master Régis Camus, HEAVENSAKE bridges cultures through elevation, craftsmanship, and playfulness. The Role We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to drive HEAVENSAKE's digital growth and elevate our online experience across international markets. You'll combine analytical precision with creative energy to grow sales, optimize user journeys, and manage cross‐functional projects from Milan with a global perspective. What You'll Do Manage and optimize HEAVENSAKE's e-commerce platforms. Coordinate CRM, SEO / SEM, and digital campaigns with internal & external teams. Oversee product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions. Track performance and propose continuous improvements based on KPIs. Liaise with logistics partners for seamless fulfillment. Support global product launches and digital brand initiatives. What You Bring 3–5 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (premium consumer goods, wine & spirits, or hospitality preferred). Strong project‐management and multitasking skills. Hands‐on with Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc. Excellent communication in English (Italian or French a plus). Knowledge of U.S. or Japanese e‐commerce markets is a strong advantage. Passion for craftsmanship, design, and fine beverages. Able to work remotely but also visit our office in Milan and work from there.
