We're not looking for someone who only advises on what to test; A hands‐on Head Of Growth who can ideate, copy, design the strategy and launch experiments directly. Someone who speaks both data and persuasion fluently, and leverages AI tools daily to generate hypotheses, build assets, and accelerate iteration speed. A Conversion Architect, skilled at diagnosing funnel bottlenecks and translating data into structured experimentation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. A Behavioral Strategist, fascinated by what drives human action, able to mix cognitive psychology, UX, and persuasion frameworks to design experiences that convert because they resonate. A Data‐driven Creator, fluent in GA4, Hotjar, AB Tasty, VWO, Amplitude, not just running tests, but connecting insights to revenue, retention, and lifetime value. This is a full‐time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai or Lisbon. French and English fluency is required. You will transition Paradox from a founder‐led marketing approach to a brand‐led, repeatable, data‐driven engine. You lead from the front, testing hypotheses, launching new channels, and showing the team how it's done. Relentless Optimization (CRO & A/B Testing) You design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself (headlines, pricing, offers...). You don't wait for a report, you dig into the data to find the winner. If a page isn't converting, you audit it, propose a fix, and implement the test immediately with the team. Ensure tracking, data integrity, and learnings compound over time. Channel Exploration & Scaling – While Yann manages our core Paid Social (Meta), your job is to overview Yann's work and identify the next winning acquisition channels to maximize profitability and volume (ROI/ROAS). You are the "Client" of the Content Factory. You analyze ad performance, provide data‐backed briefs to the Content Strategist and identify winning angles quickly to scale them aggressively. Growth Loops – Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content). Player‐Coach" Leadership – You manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by showing them the standard of excellence. You're responsible to build your team by sourcing talents, to manage them, to train them, and to stop with them while necessary. Sales Alignment & Revenue Quality – Your metric isn't just "Leads generated", it's "Appointments held" and "Deals closed". You set up a tight feedback loop with the Sales Team Lead to adjust targeting based on lead quality. You stop campaigns that bring tire‐kickers, even if the CPL is low. GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and whatever helps you see what others miss. Funnel conversion rates by stage You have ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, ideally within SaaS, e‐commerce, or digital product environments. You have a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion. Curiosity: You relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until you uncover the insight behind the data. Precision: You care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results. Agility: You move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks. Language French: Native / Bilingual English: Fluent; you can hold a conversation on specific details with English‐speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English.
