Dreams Fulfillment Officer (Sales Supervisor)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with dealers.
  • Conducting fieldwork to widen their network of dealers.
  • Conducting in-store training programs, intentional activities, and strategizing with the team in promoting products.
  • Ensuring that all training materials are updated, and training tools are working properly.
  • Coaching existing dealers on dealer group management and dealership progression through Heart-to-Heart discussion.
  • Collaborating with Happy Customer Supervisor or Cluster Head in resolving dealer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • With at least 1 year work experience in direct selling, retailing, merchandising, networking, or telco.
  • With work experience in recruiting, training, and people management is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to undergo a six-week management training program.
  • Customer-oriented, Sales-driven, and highly motivated individual.
  • Have a passion for travel or field work.

Work setup: 6 days a week

Work arrangement: Work on-site with field work

Benefits: + 5k worth PC products + Bonuses/Incentives. For regular: 15 days vacation leave, 15 days sick leave, 3 days emergency leave, HMO, and Life Insurance.

Training: 21 days

  • Must be willing to train in QUEZON CITY (Company Expense)

TRAINING VENUE: QUEZON CITY

  • BOARD AND LODGING is provided
  • TRANSPORTATION GOING BACK AND FORTH is for REIMBURSEMENT
  • PLAIN TICKET IS PROVIDED (IF APPLICABLE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bula, Camarines Sur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Supervisory: 1 year (Required)
  • Direct Sales | Sales: 1 year (Required)
