Procurement & Purchasing Officer opportunity – European Space Agency Overview: Octagon Professionals International is recruiting six to eight Procurement & Purchasing Officers to provide end-to-end purchasing support for ESA's Purchase Office Support Service. Each Officer independently handles the full Purchase Order process, in line with the ESA Statement of Work and Tender Conditions. It is an excellent opportunity to build a procurement career within a respected international organisation. Analyse Purchase Requests and select the appropriate procurement route. Support commercial negotiations and maintain procurement documentation. Provide procurement advice to ESA customers. Contribute to the harmonisation of procurement practices across ESA establishments. Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience. Ability to independently manage the complete Purchase Order process. Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system. fluent English.
