Support the definition and monitoring of fraud risk indicators (KRIs), control performance metrics, and related reporting.
Review new initiatives, products, and change requests to assess potential risks and adequacy of mitigating measures.
Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of frameworks, procedures and documentation related to Business Oversight.
You have an academic degree (MSc or PhD).
You have relevant subject matter expertise and work experience (4+ years) in fraud and/or resilience or security topics. Experience in Non-Financial Risk or other control functions is a plus.
You have a strong interest in business processes, governance and non‑financial risk management, ideally within banking or financial services.
You are comfortable working with documentation, processes, controls and qualitative analyses; advanced data skills (e.g. Excel) are a plus.
You can communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders and are comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
You are a team player who will add value within a dynamic environment and keep interactions friendly and respectful.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
A strong learning opportunity in Business Oversight and Non‑Financial Risk within a structured international banking environment.
A dynamic, inclusive and collaborative working environment, with opportunities for professional growth.
