The Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg is sat atop a mountain ledge overlooking Merano in South Tyrol, Italy. Enthroned here since 1624, the exclusive 5-star hotel is located beneath its very own medieval castle. Castel Fragsburg offers only 20 unique suites for up to 50 guests from all over the world. The Michelin-starred cuisine focuses on regionality, quality, health and excellent service. The love for detail can be seen in the two light-flooded restaurants and on the panoramic terrace. In the Alchemistic Healing Spa, the first of its kind in the world, the Fragsburg pampers the guests with unique treatments in cosy rooms with breathtaking views For the 2027 season, from April to November Within the restaurant, the resource will support the service team in the following activities:
- managing the mise en place
- breakfast service
- greeting customers & customer care
- cleaning and maintaining order
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Complete profile: flexibility and positive disposition, communication, customer orientation and collaboration, openness to learning, team working
