The Role As a Junior Telecommunications Engineer, you will support the deployment and optimization of advanced networks. You will work with experienced engineers on projects that connect millions of people worldwide. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and designing network solutions (Wireless, Core, or Transmission). Support the installation, testing, and integration of new equipment. Monitor and optimize network performance. Help create technical project documentation (HLD/LLD). Troubleshoot technical issues alongside the delivery team. Keep up to date with 5G, IoT, and Cloud technologies. What We Are Looking For Education: Recent or upcoming graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge: Basic understanding of wireless (LTE, 5G) or fixed networks (IP, Optical). Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and great teamwork. Language: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
