Territory Manager Consumables and IOL - Lazio
As the Territory Manager for Consumables and IOL products in Lazio, you will drive sales growth by uncovering potential, initiating and closing opportunities while understanding customer needs to maximize account revenues.

Collaborate in training customers to increase product thái knowledge.
Identify ophthalmic solutions and business opportunities, create an account and KOLs strategy, coordinate and control the complete sales cycle from lead generation to after‐sale support, ensuring a great customer experience, selecting solutions that best suit customer needs and expectations in synergy with cross‐functional teams (Cap.VR team, Marketing, etc.) and negotiating contracts in compliance with company policies and current regulations.
help to organize and attend conferences, workshops and training events.
Attend national and international sales meetings as required, develop and maintain a reliable network of key opinion leaders and product champions; Respect the Code of Conduct (Ethic Code) of the Company.
Preferably educated to degree level – scientific education or commercial background with extensive sales and technical experience.
5+ years of experience in the Sales Department of companies operating in the Healthcare field (preferably in Ophthalmology including capital equipment management).
Operating Theatre experience with Surgeons and Theatre Sisters.
Knowledge of business/healthcare/hospital flows, strong experience in managing tenders and commercial negotiations with both public and private clients.
Experience managing different sales channels.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite, CRM and quotation tools management.
Italian mother‐language and good knowledge of commercial and technical English.
Full driving licence and flexible travel approach and working hours.
