Position We are looking for a Test & Validation Engineer to join our team and work on technical activities related to testing, diagnostics, and validation of automotive systems. This position is ideal for a junior profile, such as recent graduates with a strong motivation and interest in hands‐on technical work. The role involves Functional testing and validation of electronic components and systems; Diagnostics, including advanced diagnostic activities on ECUs and automotive systems; Understanding the basic software logic behind the systems under test; Practical hardware validation, requirement verification, and analysis of test results; Reporting, documentation, and interpretation of test outcomes. Requirements A degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; A strong inclination toward hands‐on work, experimentation, and technical/practical activities; Ability to understand basic software behavior and logic; Precision, attention to detail, and reliability; Excellent English language skills, written and spoken; Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, potentially over 75% of monthly working time, in compliance with applicable regulations. Other information Full‐time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Frequent travel across Europe, accounting for approximately 75% of the working time. Field‐based (travelling) role, ideal for candidates who enjoy dynamic environments, customer‐facing activities, and hands‐on work in different locations.
