Job Description Financial Oversight – Ensure strong financial management within a robust control environment; oversee accurate accounting records, statutory accounts, and financial reporting for the hotel; lead all areas related to balance sheets, P&L, cash management, and capital. Business Partnering – Manage the finance relationship with Operations, Head Office, and Owner; support the General Manager in strategic planning and value creation. Reporting & Analysis – Deliver clear and accurate reporting, including KPIs and benchmarking. Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead the hotel's budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes; ensure financial plans align with strategic objectives. Team Leadership – Lead, develop, and motivate a high‐performing Finance Team. Qualifications Solid background in finance within the hospitality industry. Ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects with organization and clarity. People‐oriented, collaborating across departments while maintaining confidentiality. High attention to detail, catching every error and decimal point. Mastery of Excel for day‐to‐day reporting and calculations. Additional Information Experience with hotel opening and early‐stage financial operations is preferred. Familiarity with Opera and Sun Systems software is a plus. Fun yet meticulous personality is valued. Initial telephone interview with People & Culture; subsequent remote or in‐person meeting; response within 2–3 weeks.
