About The Role You'll guarantee production, quality, safety, health, and environmental standards for the relevant departments, optimizing costs, yields, and resources. You'll promote the achievement of assigned production goals. Your responsibilities Ensure the efficiency, quality, hygiene, health, safety and environmental aspects of production lines and equipment. Ensure the achievement of production KPIs. Work with Engineering to implement new processes and increase the efficiency of new and existing production lines. Plan, in collaboration with maintenance, all preventive, predictive and extraordinary ordinary maintenance activities, ensuring their traceability. Promote energy saving, waste management and reduce water consumption. The experience we're looking for Engineering background. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluent in Italian and English. Problem solving and continuous improvement. People management. Knowledge of SAP, TPM, Just in Time, Lean Organization, Six Sigma, FMEA.
