Overview In this role, you will validate hardware, firmware and software releases for construction and machine control solutions, ensuring reliable performance in lab and real-field conditions. You will work with international teams to troubleshoot issues and document practical findings. This hands-on position blends lab testing with outdoor validation on construction equipment, offering real-world impact. You will help shape robust systems that perform in demanding environments. Retribuzione / Benefits Gross annual salary 40,000 – 45,000 hands-on lab testing and outdoor validation international environment focus on practical innovation and continuous learning Responsabilità Run validation tests in lab and outdoor field environments Test hardware, firmware, software releases and new features Investigate issues and document clear, practical findings Collaborate with engineering, product, support and sales teams Requisiti fondamentali Experience in testing, technical validation, product development or field support Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Knowledge of communication systems such as serial, ISO CAN, radio or machine-to-machine technologies Good English skills and willingness to work in lab, field and international environments Troubleshooting Analytical thinking Collaboration Adaptability Testing and validation of hardware, firmware and software Knowledge of serial, ISO CAN, radio or machine-to-machine communication systems
