Training allowance: €18.56 gross/day (€92.80 gross/week)
Contract and benefits
A real Portuguese contract
12-month fixed-term contract (permanent after 2 years), 22 days of annual leave, and Portuguese public holidays.
What you'll do
Support customers of a UK digital bank by phone, chat, and email
Resolve account and service enquiries clearly and handle complaints with empathy
Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (8+ months can be considered)
Fluent English and strong communication skills
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts
