Senior Finance Manager, Strategic Projects

The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register. Drive and execute strategic and operational Finance projects that shape how n8n scales, from systems implementation to fundraising, process transformation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Strategic Project Management
Support the VP Finance with managing and executing special projects, such as ERP or company‑wide planning system implementations
Prepare and execute equity financing rounds, M&A analyses, or debt financing projects
Lead or support end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact initiatives that improve efficiency and transparency
Take ownership of key Finance operating functions where needed (billing, cash management, planning cycles)
Build and refine intra‑team and cross‑functional processes for smoother collaboration and communication
Maintain and improve best practices that make Finance a proactive business partner across n8n
Business Partnering & Communication
Act as a connector between Finance and other teams such as RevOps, Data, Product, and GTM
Ensure consistent, transparent communication through board prep, investor updates, and internal presentations
Support the creation and optimization of key materials, from monthly reports to team updates
Strategic Finance experience: 5+ years in Finance roles, with at least 3 in transaction services (Big 4), investment banking, or consulting, and 2+ in strategic finance at a high‑growth tech scale‑up
Corporate finance expertise: Supported or executed fundraising rounds, M&A transactions, or other complex corporate finance projects
Built sophisticated models for fundraising, M&A, or business scenarios with confidence and precision
End‑to‑end project ownership: Managed complex, cross‑functional projects independently and delivered measurable outcomes
Communication & stakeholder management: ERP, spend management, or billing platforms
You’ll be a key architect of how we scale our financial operations and business foundations. You’ll partner directly with Finance leadership and collaborate across functions to shape how a high‑growth SaaS company operates at scale. Work/life balance – vacation and public holidays by region
