Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers, including occasional weekend and overnight support.Escalate complex issues to higher technical support levels.Respond promptly to support calls within the assigned territory.Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.Open to travel within Emilia Romagna; Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Italian.You will work in a leading global company with a caring leader committed to your development.Beckman Coulter is part of Danaher Corporation, a global science & technology innovator dedicated to solving complex challenges and improving lives worldwide.
